Western blotting of KLF5 during D4-D8 of gestation. Approximately 51KD band of the transcription factor has been observed in all the gestation days. The result showed an increase in the protein level of KLF5 with the progression of the gestation days (a). Densitometry of the western blot result using ImageJ software. There was a significant difference in the transcription factors’ expression on D6, D7, D8, AntiE2 treated, and AntiP4 treated when compared with D4 (P < 0.05 ) (b–e).
