There were no significant differences between both groups as regards the number of oocytes retrieved (means, 14 and 12 with p = 0.271), the number of embryos transferred (means, 3.1 and 3 with p = 0.235), fertilization rate (51% vs. 49.95 with p = 0.101), and pregnancy rate (36% vs. 32% with p = 0.125) in groups 1 and 2
